Shipping Charges

  • Supplements:

    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹300.
    • Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee of ₹300.

  • Gut Microbiome Test Kit:

    • Free shipping for all orders, including reverse pickups for returning the kit after sample collection.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • COD orders attract an additional ₹50 service charge.

Shipping Timeline

  • Dispatch:

    • All orders are dispatched within 48 hours unless the item is out of stock, in which case it is clearly notified on our website.

  • Delivery:

    • Supplements:
      • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
      • Non-Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
    • Gut Microbiome Test Kit:
      • Delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Gut Microbiome Test Kit Return Process

  • After you notify us that your sample is ready for collection, our team will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
